中国石化新闻网讯 据油田技术1月2日报道，挪威国家石油（Equinor）和俄罗斯石油公司（Rosneft）已经就North Komsomolskoye油田开发的第一阶段做出了投资决定。

Equinor驻俄罗斯的国家经理Elisabeth Birkeland Kvalheim表示，这是双方合作七年的联合项目中的一个重要里程碑。

North Komsomolskoye项目是俄罗斯石油公司和Equinor于2012年5月签署的战略合作协议的一部分。

自2018年以来，该伙伴关系在油田进行了试采，以更好地了解储层性质，为全面油田开发决策奠定基础。

North Komsomolskoye油田位于俄罗斯西伯利亚西部，是一个常规的陆上油气田。Equinor持有33.33%的股份，Rosneft持有合资公司（合资公司）SevKomNeftegaz 66.67%的股份，SevKomNeftegaz拥有North Komsomolskoye油田的许可证。

Equinor and Rosneft reach investment decision on North Komsomolskoye project

Equinor and Rosneft have taken an investment decision on the first stage of the North Komsomolskoye full field development.

“This is an important milestone in the joint project that we have been working on for seven years,” said Elisabeth Birkeland Kvalheim, Country manager for Equinor in Russia.

The North Komsomolskoye project was a part of the strategic cooperation agreement signed by Rosneft and Equinor in May 2012.

Since 2018, the partnership has carried out test production in the field to better understand the reservoir properties and lay the ground for the full field development decision.

North Komsomolskoye is a conventional onshore oil and gas field located in Western Siberia in Russia.

Equinor holds 33.33% and Rosneft holds 66.67% interest in the joint venture (JV) company SevKomNeftegaz that owns the license for the North Komsomolskoye field.

Total recoverable volumes for stage one are estimated at 250 million bbl of oil and 23 billion m3 of gas.
