原标题：俄罗斯3月闲置炼油产能将大幅上升1.5倍

中国石化新闻网讯 据烃加工和液化天然气2020年2月7日莫斯科报道，俄罗斯能源部7日在莫斯科公布的最新统计数据显示，由于开始进行季节性维护，俄罗斯3月份的脱机原油精炼产能将比2月份增长1.5倍，达到144万吨。

俄罗斯能源部的统计数据还显示，俄罗斯炼油厂1月份的闲置炼油产能达到78.5万吨，预计2月闲置炼油产能将升至97.7万吨。

Russian idle refining capacity seen rising sharply in March

Russian offline primary oil refining capacity will rise by 1.5 times from February to 1.44 million tonnes in March, energy ministry data showed, because of the start of seasonal maintenance.

The data also showed that the idle capacity reached 785,000 tonnes in January and is forecast to rise to 977,000 tonnes this month.
