国内即将迎来又一家合资的银行卡清算机构。2月11日，中国人民银行官网发布消息，人民银行审查通过万事网联公司银行卡清算机构筹备申请。万事网联公司是万事达卡公司在中国境内发起设立的合资公司，作为市场主体申请筹备银行卡清算机构、运营万事达卡品牌。

目前，万事达卡，Visa和美国运通卡都已申请在中国建立银行卡清算服务，这将使它们能够开始在全球最大的移动支付市场发卡和处理与商户的交易，目前估计每年的交易额将超过129万亿元人民币。

银行卡市场开放是我国金融业开放的重要组成部分，有利于推动我国支付清算服务更加开放化、国际化发展。批准万事网联公司银行卡清算机构筹备申请，是我国扩大金融业对外开放、深化金融供给侧改革的又一具体反映。专家表示，开放银行卡清算市场有利于为银行卡产业各方提供多元化和差异化的服务，提升我国银行卡清算市场整体竞争力。

微软追加捐赠4478万元现金、技术与服务

Microsoft Commits Additional RMB 44.78 Million In Cash， Products And Services

微软宣布发起包含现金捐款，及微软产品、服务和解决方案在内的第二批捐赠。微软在1月26日第一批捐赠了100万元人民币善款，全力支持抗击新冠肺炎疫情。

Microsoft announced a second wave of donations， both in cash and technology support to fight the novel coronavirus in China.On January 26， Microsoft provided an initial RMB 1 million donation to relief and containment efforts。

这第二批捐赠包括来自微软公司、大中华区及美国总部员工的现金捐款与公司配捐共478万元，还包括总值超过4000万元的产品、服务和解决方案。

The second round of support raises the companys total contribution to RMB 45.78 million， including RMB 4.78 million from Microsoft employee cash donations from Greater China Region and US。 The company has also committed more than RMB 40 million worth of products， services and solutions。

可口可乐基金会宣布，其追加捐赠至美国灾害救援组织MedShare的医疗物资已整装待发，即将启航运往中国，并送往当地医院。

The Coca-Cola Foundation announced that an additional donation of medical supplies to US disaster relief organization MedShare was ready to be shipped to China and sent to local hospitals。

这批医疗防护物资将由上海宋庆龄基金会接收，并用于支持中国抗击新冠肺炎疫情。

The medical supplies will be received by Shanghai Soong Ching Ling Foundation in China and used to support Chinas fight against the coronavirus outbreak。

可口可乐基金会这批价值50万美元的医疗物资包括150万个防护口罩和4万套防护服。这是继可口可乐基金会1月向壹基金捐赠50万美元后的第二笔捐助。

The Coca-Cola Foundation‘s $500,000 medical supplies include 1.5 million face masks and 40,000 protective suits。 This is the Coca-Cola Foundation’s second donation following the $500,000 donation to the One Foundation in January。

Judge Expected To Rule In Favor Of T-Mobile-Sprint Merger

据《纽约时报》当地时间本周一报道，T-Mobile和Sprint的历史性合并将在周二通过最后的障碍，届时一名法官将做出有利于两家公司的判决。

The historic merger between T-Mobile and Sprint will get past its final roadblock on Tuesday when a judge in a lawsuit is expected to rule in favor of the companies， The New York Times reported Monday。
